Baby Stars

We are launching Beth Tweddle Baby Stars, our brand new and unique baby movement classes for babies aged 0 – 24 months.

Beth Tweddle Baby Stars is a fun parent and baby class where you will enjoy active play together. Classes will develop your little one’s key physical movement and social skills, as well as giving you and your baby quality time together. Led by our highly qualified gymnastic coaches, your sessions will explore weekly themed activities, games, stories and songs in a fun and safe environment. 
 

Our weekly sessions will include:

- Fun activities and themes developed by new mum, Beth Tweddle to stimulate your baby’s senses through active play, fun equipment, movement, learning and exploring
- Guidance in how to help your baby develop their movement skills through fun and active play
- Bespoke songs and music which encourages movements at all ages
- Activities that enable you to work at you and your baby’s pace and stage of development
- Optional fitness-based activities for gym buddies to do to help develop posture and core muscles
- Experienced and passionate coaches leading every class session, who are trained in baby development
- Themed children’s story time after each class

Launching in Middleton Arena, Total Fitness Aintree & Ellesmere Port Sports Village, we are Introducing Beth Tweddle Baby Stars with block bookings starting this summer.

Classes are £6 together for parent and baby and comes with all your goodies.
- Book your place at  Middleton Arena - Monday 9:30am - 10:30am, from 24th June
- Book your place at Total Fitness Aintree - Thursday 9:30am - 10:30am, from 27th June
- Book your place at Ellesmere Port Sports Village - Tuesday 9:30am - 10:30am, from 2nd July.
