International Handstand Day

It's International Handstand Day this weekend so we're celebrating with a handstand theme running through all our lessons on Saturday!

We're also challenging our gymnasts to show us the most creative handstand they can think of. Our favourite pic will be announced next Monday and the gymnast will **WIN merchandise signed by Beth Tweddle!**
