We're in!

#PartOfTheMOVEment is a campaign designed by Active Cheshire to bring individuals, employers, educational institutes, community groups, health partners and councils together to tackle one of the region’s biggest issues - physical inactivity.
Of course, this is an issue we often discuss at Beth Tweddle Gymnastics (formerly Total Gymnastics) and one that we are working hard to change. We know that for children, exercise at a young age can lead to great health benefits throughout their lives, but for adults, it’s never too late to reap the rewards of an active lifestyle!

To show our support for the movement, we sent our Sales Executive, Jeff down to the conference in Crewe to hear more about the campaign and get his hands dirty.
At the conference, an audience of teachers, local sports leaders, school sports programme ambassadors, amongst many more, were asked to join in by placing their hand prints alongside the text “I’m in!” – no prizes for guessing Jeff’s an Irishman with his choice of colours!
