About the Beth Tweddle Gymnastics National Curriculum Programme

Beth Tweddle Gymnastics is on a mission to give all children the opportunity to try gymnastics. Our team of specialist coaches has brought gymnastics to over 250 schools across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester since we launched in 2016.

“Gymnastics at a young age is so important and one of the main reasons I set up Beth Tweddle Gymnastics is to give every child the opportunity to try the sport, and what better time to do it than in school curriculum time.” – Beth Tweddle MBE

All our classes are fun, structured, and led by experienced, passionate coaches. Throughout the programme, children will be developing their gymnastics skills by working towards end of term certificates, as well as having the opportunity to participate in small competitions and end of term displays.

Continued Professional Development (CPD)

We deliver high quality lessons to engage pupils, with a focus on Continued Professional Development (CPD) to empower school staff to teach gymnastics with confidence.

We listened to feedback from our schools, so we understand many teachers lack confidence coaching gymnastics sessions. Therefore, during our sessions coaches will outline how a session is structured, how to support the children through various skills and, most importantly, how to deliver the sessions safely!
