Beth heads to the British Gymnastics Championships

With just one more sleep until the British Gymnastics Championships 2017, Beth Tweddle is getting excited to commentate at the event, saying “It is always a great event and I am really looking forward to seeing how everyone does.”

It looks to be a great battle for the titles this year for both the men and women’s competition.

After a bit of rest, we’ve been told our Rio team are now back in the gym training along with a new group of seniors completing in their first senior events.

Also new this year will be the Code of Points, or scoring system. The Code of Points changes after every Olympic Games so don't be surprised if you see a drop in the scores.
