Wolverham were one of the first schools in Ellesmere Port to have Beth Tweddle’s School Gymnastics, and were lucky enough to have Beth herself visit the school after signing up to the CPD focused schools programme.

Beth has said,

"Here at Beth Tweddle Gymnastics (formerly Total Gymnastics) we’re delighted to have helped Wolverham school retain its Outstanding OFSTED status. We believe that physical activity should be at the cornerstone of any school so it’s good that OFSTED are now recognising the importance of having an extensive physical education programme in place within schools.

We believe that gymnastics helps a child so much and not just to stay fit. Balance, concentration and discipline are all skills that are vital in a child’s development.”

With both OFSTED and the Association for Physical Education now recognising the impact our schools' gymnastics programme is having, Beth and the team are busy again this term, speaking with prospective schools and academies to see whether they too could benefit from Beth Tweddle’s School Gymnastics.
