New classes available across Chester

 Cheshire has had a successful few months growing from strength to strength. We have some exciting new classes starting at Total fitness Wrexham with its first class starting Friday 13th May with three separate classes running from 4-7pm.

We have also invested in some new equipment for our venues across Cheshire such as a set of Asymmetric bars at Chester university and we now have an air track at Ellesmere port sports village. This equipment will help our gymnasts develop new skills and has been enjoyed thoroughly already by the coaches and the gymnasts.

Coach of the term for Cheshire has been awarded to Beth Ward who is a great asset to our coaching team within our Gym stars and Total gymnastics classes. We wish Beth all the best in camp America where she will be coaching children from the end of June and we cant wait to have her back with the team upon her return in September.
