New Gym Stars classes at Total Fitness Chester!

After the successful launch of our Beth Tweddle Gym Stars classes in Total Fitness Whitefield, Wilmslow and Altrincham, we are excited to be starting new classes at Total Fitness Chester in September 2015!

Classes are available for children aged 2 - 7 and the classes allow youngsters to learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun, safe and structured environment. They will have the opportunity to achieve stickers, badges and certificates along the way and when they become Gym Stars annual members they will receive a progress booklet, a t-shirt, a drinks bottle and a kit bag!

Class details

• Thursday 3.55pm - 4.55pm: Bright Stars (age 4 - 5)
• Thursday 4.55pm - 5.55pm: Shooting Stars (age 6 - 7)
• Friday 9.30am - 10.30am: Twinkle Stars (age 2 - 3)
• Friday 10.30am - 11.30am: Twinkle Stars (age 2 - 3)
