Our young gymnasts on BBC TV
Beth Tweddle and young gymnasts from her programme featured on BBC Breakfast to promote National Handstand Day.
The BBC crew filmed our class at Total Fitness in Altrincham where Beth was asked to teach presenter Mike Bushell how to do a handstand. Check out the video with BBC Get Inspired here
This is also part of the promotion for the World Championships taking place is Glasgow at the end of the year which is one of the qualification rounds for the Olympics next year in Rio de Janerio, Brazil!
We want to get all of our gymnasts and coaches involved and give them the chance to win some prizes! We want them to do a handstand in the most random, fun or cool shape or place (as long as it is safe!) they can and post it on our Facebook page to be in the running to win!
