Summer Display Times
As you are aware, next week is our final week of the term in our academies before we finish for summer! Listed below are the instructions for each academy display as parents will be welcomed in to watch what the gymnasts have learnt and also see their badges and certificates being presented.
Classes running Monday 15th July 2013
All Saints - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be collected from reception at 4.15 for session 1 and 5.15 for session 2.
Childwall - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be invited in at 4.45 for session 1 and 6pm for session 2.
Calderstones
· Gymnasts in group 4 (those who usually attend 5pm – 6.30pm) will attend the academy from 5pm – 6.15pm – parents will be invited in from 5.45pm to watch their display
· Gymnasts in groups 1/2/3 (those who usually attend 5.30pm – 7.30pm) will attend the academy from 6.15pm – 7.30pm – parents will be invited in from 7pm to watch their display
Classes running Tuesday 16th July 2013
Archbishop - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be collected from reception at 5.45pm for session 1 and 6.15pm for session 2 – please note due to the 5 week break this term, there will not be a display, but the gymnasts will all still be presented with their awards.
St Julie’s
· Gymnasts in group 4 (those who usually attend 5pm – 6.30pm) will attend the academy from 5pm – 6.15pm – parents will be invited in from 5.45pm to watch their display
· Gymnasts in groups 1/2/3 (those who usually attend 5.30pm – 7.30pm) will attend the academy from 6.15pm – 7.30pm – parents will be invited in from 7pm to watch their display
Classes running Wednesday 17th July 2013
Childwall - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be invited in at 4.45 for session 1 and 6pm for session 2.
Calderstones
· Gymnasts in group 4 - Uaine’s group will attend the academy from 5pm – 6.15pm – parents will be invited in from 5.45pm to watch their display
· Gymnasts in group 3 - Emma’s group are also asked to attend from 5pm – 6.15pm – parents will be invited in from 5.45pm to watch their display –please let me know ASAP if this time is an issue as we are aware this is not your usual training time.
· Gymnasts in groups 2 and 3 Tashia’s and Suzanne’s group will attend the academy from 6.15pm – 7.30pm – parents will be invited in from 7pm to watch their display
Classes running Thursday 18th July 2013
Much Woolton - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be invited in at 5pm for session 1 and 6pm for session 2.
BHSA - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be invited in at 5.45pm for session 1 and 7pm for session 2.
St Julie’s
· Gymnasts in group 4 (those who usually attend 5pm – 6.30pm) will attend the academy from 5pm – 6.15pm – parents will be invited in from 5.45pm to watch their display
· Gymnasts in groups 1/2/3 (those who usually attend 5.30pm – 7.30pm) will attend the academy from 6.15pm – 7.30pm – parents will be invited in from 7pm to watch their display
Classes running Saturday 20th July 2013
Childwall - Gymnasts will attend at their usual times and parents/carers will be invited in at 10.30am for class 2 and 11.30am for class 3. Parents will already be in the 9am class as it is a pre-school session so no return time is required.
