URGENT NOTICE: Festival Hall Academy


URGENT NOTICE: Our Festival Hall Academy session on Friday 9th November 2012 has had to be cancelled. Any payments made will be deducted from your January 2013 term payment. Any problems, please call our customer service team on 0844 357 9653. 
 

 

Re-booking will open from Monday 12th November 2012. All gymnasts will receive their reports and what badges they have achieved at their next session on Friday 23rd November 2012 (no session on the 16th).
 
ACADEMY DETAILS
 
·         Term start date – 6th December 2012
·         Term end date – 8th March 2013
·         Unavailable dates – No session on 28/12/12 and 4/1/13 for Christmas break. No session during February half term.
·         Cost -£50.00 – 11 week term with one session owed from the cancellation on 9/11/12
 
BADGES
 
All badges are now available for purchase at the Festival Hall Leisure Centre at a cost of £3.00. Please take you badge slip (to be handed out on the 23rd November) with the badge number(s) that your child has achieved as signed off by the coaches at your session to reception in order to purchase the badges. The centre will write the gymnasts name on the certificate with the badge attached and hand it to you. In order for these to be presented to the gymnasts by the coaches, they must be brought back to the final session of the term on the 30th November 2012 and handed to the coaches at the beginning of the session. The coaches will invite you in to the hall 5-10 minutes before the end of the session should you wish to take any photos of your own child with their certificates and to see them being presented.
